How much will they weigh at fight night?

The fight is at a catchweight of 144 lbs so IMO,

Mayweather = 150 lbs (He weighed 148 in his last fight)
Marquez = 146 lbs (He weighed 144 lbs in his last fight)

I dont think you'll see Mayweather up that high...probably 146-147. He is shedding a few pounds for this fight.

But I agree with your fight time weight predictions. Marquez may well be at 144-146 and Floyd at 148-150.
