Considering Clottey comes in at 160 on fight night i'd say he would be just as good at 154. He would probably win.

Clottey could probably beat anyone at 147 and 154 except for PWill.....if he just threw more poonches, but he doesn't so Martinez just would move around him flicking out that blistering jab with little pressure coming back and work his way to a UD.

Clottey has good defense though and his head is like a block of marble. He's not getting KO'd by Martinez.
