Who the hell else fought 3 undefeated world champions within 11 months? You're just a hater.

Despite all the hype (and every boxing fan's hope for a competitive fight), Plant was always just a decent fighter with an excellent team who managed to cherry pick his way to an undefeated record and a dubious IBF title (take a look at their rankings).
No disrespect to Alvarez, who did what he had to, but this fight was a sham from day 1.

To refresh your memory, Canelo also fought Mayweather, one of the best fighters of his generation, and Golvokin who had 20 straight knockouts or thereabouts as Middleweight champ when everyone avoided him. In the last 11 months, Canelo has fought and beaten three undefeated champions with a combined record of 78-0. Of course, all this pales in comparison to the magnificent accomplishments of Charlo and Boo Boo Andrade and other part-time boxers. It is obvious that you know next to nothing about boxing or have any appreciation for the accomplishments of the fighters.

I’m not a Canelo fan at all but I find this attacking his opposition after the plant fight to be silly behaviour. Plant is probably one of the best defensive fighters in the game right now…green yes but an undefeated world champion nonetheless

Some legacy. Running from the competitive 154 and 160 for the weak 168 division. Now eyeing the weak 175 division. His legacy means squat if he doesn't fight Andrade, Charlo or Benavidez.

Beating a guy with only 21 pro fights is not legacy worthy.

Give respect where it is due no matter what. Canelo takes the case and then some. Boxings P4P king. The face of boxing. Boxing should be thankful to have such a fine ambassador. Take it or leave it.

So many ignorants on this site. Canleo has fought the best, no one does that. And no, Plant was not his best win. It was his most important becuase he is now undisputed.
