He moved up a few years ago because he couldn't make 168. He's got to be over 200 pounds right now. How would that even work lol.

Any hypothetical Ward fight, or Canelo fight, has so many 'what abouts' that it's impossible to predict unless you get about 10 pages of information.

Weight, weight clause, location, refs, judges, type of ref, official score vs your score etc

You all hype Ward up wayyy too much. If he came back now and fought Canelo, he'd be sent to the hospital.

Also where is Ward now, I want to hear that MF eat his words talking all that shit that plant was gonna KO Canelo. GTFOH.

“Little G’ turned down an official fight with us,” Ward told the reporter. “The reality is for all the talk ... the proof is in the pudding. I have an email right now that shows we gave them what they want ... 50/50 ... and the man -- the promoter --turned it down, said maybe 2017.”

A video interview with unbeaten super-middleweight champion Andre Ward has stirred up his rivalry with unbeaten middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin.

OK, let me try and educate your slow self, and see if you're just a hater, or if you have a brain up there.

You do realize GGG had a fight with Lemieux right? Who was GGG supposed to fight after Lemieux? What fight was he going to fight the winner of?

I can't imagine someone actually posting that story/article as evidence of someone 'ducking'. You're basically telling everyone that you are a complete loser with no self esteem by touting that sh.it lol. PATHETIC!! lol

This version of Canelo(168) vs Ward(168). Is one hell of a fight.

Those that dismiss it as an easy win for Ward are out of their mind and don’t understand the intelligence and skill and power Canelo brings.

Imo it’s a 50-50 fight. I can see Ward winning, and I can see Canelo winning.

Fact is we will never know and fact is it’s an amazing fantasy matchup.

At this point if Ward did the unthinkable and came out of retirement to fight Canelo at 168. Canelo would blow right through him. It’s best for Ward to leave this matchup to the fantasy gods.

you cant compare the guys ward beat to the useless crap canelos been getting through. ward has a horrible, dirty fighter but his opponents were there to win, not just there to enjoy the experience and the paycheque like the last few canelo opponents

it would be an absolute titanic battle, the blood sweat and tears would flow, back and forth action like never seen before, it would go one way then the other & after the officials and ref are picked the fight would be good too im sure
