It depends what Cotto does afterward. I'm not impressed with him just fighting Top WW's, how about actually beating them and not getting gift decisions. He fought to a draw with Mosley, quit against Margarito, and got beaten by Clottey in the ring but Cotto won in the scorecards. Not impressed, Pacquiao should knock this phony out of the ring under 6 rounds. Then if Pacquiao beats Mayweather I'll consider him top 25 ATG, although he is ATG now.

If Manny KTFO Cotto AND beats Mayweather, I think fans and experts alike, may rank him higher than that.

I think the majority of us can agree that Manny has already achieved ATG status. But just how great is he? Where do you currently rank him on the ATG list. If he does to Cotto what he did to Ricky, where would you place him then? Top 25 anyone?
