    Does Jorge Linares need to move to the U.S. to make an impact?

    He seems to just keep fighting in Japan. He's one of my favorite young boxers and I think he has a very bright future. I believe he has another fight scheduled in Japan later this year

      he needs to stop fighting bums and needs to fight more often!!!!!!

        he makes a ton of money fighting in Japan but I agree, I'd like to see him fight more in America.
        He just came off a shoulder injury so Teiken has been babying him around a bit and matching him with soft opponents.
        Hopefully they get him in a big fight soon!

              I think he can do just fine in Japan aslong as he stays busy and fights decent guys. I don't think Japan is the barrier to him achieving greater things, injuries would be what has been holding him back.

                Linares IS good. the only godamn problem is that he's fighting a bunch of nobodies.
