if canelo fights a guy a few years down the line and that guy happens to be close to 40 u think he should get as much credit for doing that as for fighting him now when hes in decent form huh, what planet u people on i dont know sometimes, if u really want to make a statement at a weightclass fight the top guys and not dip in and fight the weakest guy and then out again, just my opinion of course

Get the phuck outta here man. The other champs at 175, Bivol and Joe Smith won’t even fight Beterbiev.

Mark my words, you heard it here, Canelo won't be fighting Beterbiev. It's not about whether Canelo can beat him or not, it's all about Canelo taking real risks. He won't be taking any real risks from here on in. He's taking a page out of the Mayweather book of management. Low Risk- High Reward.

They're waiting for Beterbiev so start slowing down and not looking like the wrecking ball he used to be. He's noticeably slowed down, to me, and is going to be a month shy of 37 by the time he fights Browne. The younger guys have the benefit of waiting him out and looking for signs of slippage, which could become present against Marcus, even if Artur wins.

He still not old enough. The other champs at 175, Bivol and Joe Smith wont fight Beterbeast and will age him out until he’s 40.

It was just reported months ago that Joe Smith will duck Beterbiev and will fight Danny Jacobs instead after he takes care of his mandatory.

I think we'll see Beterbiev/Smith before Bivol. Smith doesn't strike me as that type of guy. Think we'll see that fight hopefully next spring.

If Beterbiev is looking for a challenge why doesn't he move up to cruiserweight and prove he's a beast. He gets a pass for fighting bums but yet Canelo gets the blame for not moving up to fight him. No other fighter that u ppl want Canelo to fight has to take risk, but Canelo needs to keep moving up and accomadate these fighters who refuse to fight any top fighters
