Are we talking about top 10 Heavyweight All-Time or just top 10 All-Time in general regardless of weight?
If Usyk beats Joshua in the rematch and then beats Fury that would probably put him in the top 10 Heavyweights ever.
If Usyk beats Fury that is a top 5 win ever in the Heavyweight division. Let's think about it: Usyk will not only be at a huge size disadvantage against Fury, but he will also be the B side meaning Fury will have more in his favor. Fury is also a top 10 P4P fighter in many people's eyes.
That would be one of the best wins ever at Heavyweight. Giving up all that much against a prime P4P fighter. I mean sheesh.
I can't think of many Heavyweight fights that could even compete with a win like that. I would like to see people try so I could analyze those other wins.
Those 2 wins alone could be enough to have Usyk as a top 10 Heavyweight of all time. He would have to do a bit more if wants to be a top 5, top 3 or potentially even the Heavyweight GOAT, which is something people won't like to hear.
He would have to beat top guys like Wilder, Ruiz, Whyte, or Parker, and contenders like Hrgovic, Joyce, Yoka, Sanchez, or Dubois (and maybe even one of those Cruiserweights if they become undisputed and move up; I can see Briedis or Okolie doing it). That would probably put him as a top 5 or even top 3 Heavyweights ever. That would give him quite a few title defenses as well.
Then if he can get a win over one or two of the younger guys like Jalolov, Anderson, Huni, or Torrez (Jalolov is probably the most likely) we are talking about some legendary-legendary stuff right there. We would be talking top 3 or maybe even higher; again that's something most won't like to hear. For some reason people don't like when present fighters challenge greats from the past. If you know where I'm going with that.
That chances of all those fights happening are almost impossible because of politics among other things, but he doesn't have to fight every single fighter I just named to be a top 3 Heavyweight. I just put up a long list of fighters to give a better idea. He just needs to fight as many as he can while he's still in the game.
If he were somehow to beat every single one of those guys I just named he's the undisputed Heavyweight GOAT don't care what anyone has to say; because got dang that would be ridiculous. Especially since he would be older while accomplishing all of this.
As far as where he would rank All-Time that's a deeper question that I would have to think about more. I imagine he would rank really really high though. He would be the best Cruiserweight of all time and a potential top 3 Heavyweight of all time. No way he doesn't rank high with those accomplishments.Comment

By the way, people always consider every current Heavyweight division weak. It's happens in every era.
Truth is this is the deepest the division has been in a long time. They need to fight each other to make it memorable for sure. But it's not a weak division by any means. Far from it. Some of the top guys are as talented of Heavyweights I have seen. Whether people like it or not.
