A delay in reporting serves as next to minimal proof of tomfoolery. Accusers often wait decades once their trauma’s subsided or after years of therapy or, according to this complainant’s account, when they’re pissed off at seeing their abuser everywhere.

Not saying she’s telling the truth, for definite. She COULD be making up. Thing is, since most of the guys in here can’t empathise with women in these situations, all I can is I know of multiple cases of male on male sexual abuse, particularly minors. In a lot of cases, they just can’t go through with a case until years later, or else they inhale a bullet.

For the record, there’s a lot a man can do in these situations. Mainly, because hardly any are ever convicted, because it’s almost impossible to prove when it’s one accuser against another

I’m not sure what there is to be speechless about. Anyone with even a basic knowledge of the legal system or criminology will tell you lots of cases get convicted years after the event.

Mate, not only are you a ****ing misogynist, yiur assertions are based on supposition and rumour. Mine are based on actual legal fact.

Your assertion that legit victims always have evidence and usually report it (I assume you mean immediately) is utterly false. All it takes is a clothes wash and the dna evidence is gone. This happens in lots of cases where the victim tries to suppresss what occurred. Further, witness evidence isn’t always available in 50-50 cases like this, where it’s one’s word vs another’s.

Your implicit assertion that consenting to sucking a **** means you cannot be a sex assault victim is utterly false. I suggest you find out about consent, and fast.

There are three main reasons why women fabricate sex assault claims. One is panic in the immediate aftermath of consensual sexual because they have a partner. Another is if they have mental problems. That normally gets resolved pre-trial when psychiatric reports convince prosecution that conviction will be difficult, the police refuse to charge, or at trial when everyone decides she’s nuts. And the other is regret at a bad consensual sexual encounter. This last one often manifests immediately, NOT 2 years post fact. In fact, I have a whole of anecdotal evidence of this happening through my partner’s day job, and this variant of false allegations often occurs within a week.

‘Goldigging’ or whatever other fantasy nonsense you concocted is far rarer as a motivator of a false allegation. What’s more, false allegations are phenomenally rare relative to factual accounts of sex assault.

I’m open to any conclusion in this case. I hold my hands up and say “I don’t know the facts”.

It's unfortunate that Romero gets screwed out of his first big payday under these circumstances. Mayweather Promotions and PBC are likely covering their butts in case Rolly gets arrested and charged. Better to pull him now than chance him getting arrested at the last moment, essentially tanking their PPV event. No pun intended.

Has he? Have you actually seen this? I’m not on social media, so I can only check here, and no-one that I’ve seen is calling this guy a massive danger to women.

What’s more, how is his career ruined just because he’s pulled from a show by a promoter? Maybe nothing will come of it, which often happens in cases where it’s one word vs another, even if the accused is guilty.

In that scenario, he can crack on with his life, you know what I’m saying?
