Froch is more known for commentary on Skysports than boxing. And Hearn spent more money on him than any other boxer (including AJ) and probably took a lot of losses because he was never a draw.

Race has got nothing to do with being a draw here although being white is a plus. We’ve had tons of white, black and Asian boxers that are draws. It all depends on your level of opponents and how entertaining you’re.

When your best win is against a guy who lost against a 46-yr old pensioner - no on would give a monkey. And the two times he faced decent opponents - he got completely outboxed by both guys and won 2 out of 24rds. Hearn and Skysports rinsed millions on him, yet no one cared. And even Whyte is a bigger draw than Froch ever and that’s because of his level of opponents. Froch had only one big fight that people cared about in his career and that was mostly because of Groves who’s a local lad from West London and how the first fight ended.

Anyone who thinks Froch has a better resume than AJ is a brainless idiot. The only British boxer in history with a better resume than AJ is Lennox Lewis. And AJ has the best first 26-fight resume in HW boxing history.

Pre 90’s boxers are trash and ped cheats. Fights back then had no drug testing. Almost all fighters were juiced to the gills.

lol the only test they had were worthless until about 2008ish when they started random testing. before that it was a simple pre/post fight test

also they still all doing PEDs, they just have more sophisticated evasion methods. Also the reason guys in the 80s and 90s looked like bodybuilders is they were using bodybuilders steroid cycles because that is who developed them but that isnt ideal for a stamina and speed sport like boxing. Then things like EPO came out and guys like conte who would make custom cycles focused for boxers. They dont use the same steroids/methods they did in the 80s and 90s, they use better things now.

Why would an undefeated fighter take risks when he can win belts and make nice money fighting garbage opponents? If a fighter loses, boxing fans call them overrated and garbage so why should a fighter give some fake ass piece of **** fanbase what they want?
