They probably got together to just party and collect fees . they know what they're doing and they know that popular boxers get paid very very well , so as long as the money is there not much will change .

Hopefully, they'll be able to get us closer to that reality.
There is absolutely nothing good that comes from having 4 sanctioning bodies. 4 sanctioning bodies with 18 weight classes(new Bridgeweight ) leads to many weight class champions like Russell, Crawford, Haney, damn near any UK fighter, being happy with their 1 mandatory per year as people will constantly want unification fights. Having 3 was too many before the WBO became a major title and now we have 4. And let's not forget the multiple champions with the WBA and the WBC franchise bs. 4 is too many and it's got to stop. 1 belt. ****, just look at the WWE and how bad they've fallen off with the 2 major titles(smackdown and raw) to go with their 7 other titles. **** is bad. At the most 2 champions , but even that leads to confusion and bs. If there were only 2 champions in boxing today at 147 and they were Crawford along with Spence, they still wouldn't face each other.

No mention of the WBO's cozy relationship with Top Rank or Frank Warren, Jake?

Why is the boxing media so terrified to speak the truth about certain promoters?
