Given what Ryan wants to do with his life, Golden Boy is incorrectly promoting him. They should be lining up like Henry Cejudo or Broner. They should be doing gimmick fights. Ryan will never want to face the Fortuna's and Chris Colbert's of the world - guys who have a life-changing opportunity on the line.

damn wonder if that will wake his ass up if his idol is publicly humiliating him like that. canelo knows what he is talking about too, he is in the gym there and ryan not showing up. canelo has already made it but has far more work ethic. ryan is young but not hungry, would rather be on youtube or instagram. quitting fights saying he is too sad to fight, that is weak. Ryan will lose in an upset sooner or later. someone with more hunger will beat his ass, someone that really wants to be a champ.

Canelo is very strategic when and what he says matters. Him saying this publicly means things must be really bad behind the scenes. I also think he is not just speaking for himself he's voicing Reynoso's opinion and frustration dealing with Ryan Garcia.
