Every fighter talks a big game.

Still doesn’t change the fact he has an elite boxer in front of him that just schooled him. When AJ starts getting clipped again, he’ll revert to the timid fighter he’s become. He guaranteed a knockout in the last fight but he was the one that nearly got stopped. All fighters talk big.

He sounds like he’s trying to convince himself. The interview was cringe and all over the place mentally, it looked like a screen test of an actor trying to play a character.

dont know anyone else that he is working with.
Edwards is a clean coach that gets the best out of his fighters. Williams and Kyrone Davis are not power guys yet they fight very strong in the exchanges, both are boxers that actually fight and that's what Joshua needs. Edwards has them mentally ready.

I did notice that Hernandez looked like play-dough vs Madrimov and showed up in someone else's body, ripped with a new found punch resistance against Williams. Where Edward's fighters have trouble is down the line and they either need more road work or insist upon random VADA testing.

I could be wrong but those are my observations.

Stacey McKingley and Ali Bashir are the best heavyweight trainers with the most vast knowledge by far , it’s bizarre A.J and all his resources has not really noticed them . Either guy would make A.J nearly unbeatable. There’s those guys then the rest , I believe Sugar Hill is well on his way to of having a great boxing brain .

AJ makes me cringe, man. He always tries to portray some kind of philosophical thinking and mindset but when it comes to the big occasion, he doesn't deliver. It's all just talk.
