He has amazing resume already, but a victory over pac is icing to the cake.

What do you mean Mayweather doesn't count? Of course Cotto can't make Floyd fight him, but he needs a win like that still.

He isn't all that close to being an ATG IMO. He's borderline HOF right now, just cause making the HOF in boxing is really easy.
