Question for Mexican fans

I think it had to do with the fact that they didnt see oscar as a real mexican
he represented the US in the olympics and won that Gold medal
He was a pretty boy which isnt seen as Macho
The way he talks
and the way he fights
TO me it was a boxing clinic he put on Tito and although I was happy he lost just cause I was hating on his pretty boy ness I think he won.

As for the JCC fight
Real fans would appreciate the fact that JCC was passing the torch for Oscar to be the new Mexican Icon but some see it as BS.

Oh really?? He fought everyone they put in front of him. I remember people were bitching about the way he fought Chavez in the first time with boxing. He came back with the more Mexican way of fighting on the 2nd time and people still bitched.

he got beat by Randall and thats why DLH finally had the balls to challenge him

He lost to Randall, so what. Every truly great fighter has a loss on his record. Everyone wanted to see DLH fight Chavez, even after his loss to Randall.
Guess what sherlock...he came back and won the rematch with Randall AND with Taylor. He had like 6-8 fights that he won after the Randall loss.

I never ever complained or disliked oscar because of the chavez fights. Yes he fought a washed up chavez but chavez wanted the fight and so did his fans.
