No, I don't think so. Judah, Margarito, Mosley couldn't legitimately knock him down (with a punch) so I don't think Pacquiao would be able to. He took a knee against Margarito which is a technical knockdown so I guess Pacquiao could score it that way but i doubt it.

Cotto took Zab's punches, Mosley's shots, Clottey's Shots,Randall Bailey's and Margarito's (with or whithout plaster, took alot of shots).
Why wouldn't he take Pac's?
Pac will not make it past 6 rounds.

Nah I don't think so. One thing about Cotto is you really gotta hurt him to knock him down. He's got real good balance so he doesn't go down like Tito used to.
