Who cares if it helps Wilder?(although he can maybe finally ko Whyte like he deserves as a tuneup) the Wbc has already multiple times let fighters avoid mandatories if they think the champ has already been fighting enough killers back to back that they shouldn't be forced into mandos v bums,
