Nobody was calling Klitcshko past it at the time and virtually nobody backed Fury to beat Wilder in the first fight. You've all gone from 'he can only win as underdog' to 'he's protected' without noticing the contradiction.
Has Tyson Fury dethroned Wilder as the most protected boxer in boxing?

That is exactly it, Breazeale was an undefeated contender when AJ fought him, and he took considerable damage in the AJ fights and every fight after that. Breazeale is shot, he lost to Otto Wallin not too long ago, his downfall was his lack of defence in my opinion. He was another Kownacki who blocks punches with their face, and Breazeale also seemed really slow.Comment

Joshua did try to fight him numerous times. Wilder admitted it on twitter recently that he could of fought AJ for more money than you [talking about Fury]
Wilder's handlers just didn't want him to face AJ, too dangerous, Klitschkos, too dangerous. The reason they picked Fury was because of his drug abuse and weight gain, a classic example of a cherrypick gone wrong.Comment

The last few AJ fans are making their stand, supporting their man, but the writing is on the wall. With AJ and Wilder toppled, we've reached the end of an era. Usyk's destiny is to finish AJ in the rematch and then ultimately fall to Fury. Thus begins Fury's reign as the first Undisputed King since Lennox Lewis. From there, he may defend his title against undefeated warriors Joyce, Hrgovic, Makhmudov, and Sirenko. There are truly great fights to be made and the heavyweight division is once again the talk of the boxing world.Comment

Joshua's a bum to unfortunately...look at the size and power difference he had on usyk and he did **** all
Plus they both started boxing late, well wilder a good bit later at 25
They've done good to get where they are but in heavyweight championship history they really are skid stains in comparison to past credentials
Both guys were literally given belts to become said championsComment
