Mayweather has plenty of fights more pleasing to the crowd than the Corrales fight.

Hell, he spent much of the Corrales fight on his bike. The thing is, when he exploded with shots, he was able to drop Corrales repeatedly.

To do what he did to Gatti in his third weight class is just sick. Arturo landed nothing. People felt that Floyd would just stay on his bike and box to a decision. Or get caught by Gatti.

He severely beat Gatti. By staying in front of him.

Hatton and Cotto were ringside, and after that fight, they both asked for more time before facing Floyd.

Not to mention, that was his first huge fight, his first PPV, and FMJ predicted that it wouldn't go past six. It didn't.
