Doesn't the winner of Fulton/Figueora have to fight Roman next? Aleem may have to take this fight next to get a shot at one of the champions.

Yes, I believe Danny Roman is mandatory to the winner of that fight.

So yeah, Aleem is going to have to take this fight next. He's not getting a title shot anytime soon unless it is for the WBA title.
