Cotto does lowblow intentionally from time to time, but he does it when he is hurt. He isn't very dirty, but when he plays dirty he is way too flagrant.

I never seen much attention paid to fighters like Hopkins, Tyson, Holyfield, or even Golota.
But Cotto is the dirtiest fighter ever..lol
