This is one of the reasons I like Joshua so much. He accepts when he has lost, accepts how he has lost and gets straight down to work on trying to improve himself, he's cut down on weight before. He has a real strong and lengthy relationship with McCracken but as soon as he realised he needed a change he is looking to cut the cord.

Great news. About damn time tbh. I always felt Coach McCracker wasn't bringing the absolute best out of Joshua. Ronnie Shields has worked with the best and will elevate Joshua's fight game to it's full potential. Especially since he'll now be in a more natural setting.

Rarely does a change like this work, most of it is laying blame for the loss and that's the root of the reason, I think in the real world AJ wasn't good enough to beat Ursk and now Ursk has the win over him he will be much more confident in the rematch, as soon as Ursk starts to outbox him it will all go the same way again. I think AJ has more chance of beating Fury than Ursk

I agree I don't think what he does in 1 training camp or 100 would be enough to beat Usyk. But he's trying.

I listened to 6 minutes and that was enough. I'm putting big Money on AJ for the rematch. He accepts the loss and knows he needs a new trainer instead of a cheerleader . Ronnie has trained much better fighters than AJ so he is definitely not in awe of him. Mccracken in contrast had big nose Carl Froch and amateur fighters

When you are winning we can all get carried away in the moment. Barrett brought up a few of your posts of the past that equally didnt age well. It happens, its all part of growing and evolving

He already has the tools to beat Usyk now he just needs to implement it with a sound coach in his corner barking the correct orders. Look at Fury when he went with SUgar hill. He changed his entire fighting style and lets be honest Fury was never a come forward style boxer. Joshua naturally is so if Fury can benefit and change so much in one camp Joshua should AT least make some improvements. In any case the game plan isn't difficult he needs to impose his will, let his hands go, clinch him and rough him up. Easier said than done of course.

You and Robbie claimed that AJ vs Usyk was a mismatch lol, I'll always have a million times more credibility than you clowns.

Can't knock AJ here. It's going to take a lot to beat Usyk in the rematch, but as someone else says he has all the physical advantages and knows how to box. Think gas tank and Usyk's elusiveness will be his biggest hurdle to overcome...

I can see Joshua looking much better first half of their rematch, maybe even wobbling Usyk - but Usyk weathering that and taking over and stopping a gassed Joshua late.
