I think he'll just have to fight a nobody in summer and then wait for the winner of Hatton and Tszyu. Unless he decides to move up to 147 where there are more options open to him.

What is Mayweathers problem? You are likely right that he probably would have humiliated Gatti, but there is the risk that Gatti could overwhelm him. Mayweather really ****ed up by not taking the fight. If he fights another nobody, I will be pissed

Tyszu/Hatton winner would be for all the marbles. Corrales at 140 would be a barnburner, so would a rematch with Castillo. Those rematches would be a lot more exciting than the first few fights cuz of Mayweather's new style of standing in the pocket and trading shots.

too bad he didn't fight Gatti cuz that was the money fight. A showdown with Zab would be a crazy match up. If he moved up to 147, there's a whole bunch of great fight's for him too, Cintron...Margarito....Ouma....Zab....De la hoya (even tho he says no no no)....MOsely....

If Mayweather doesnt' develop the reluctant Roy disease, he has the opposition in these two weight divisions to cement his legacy and make him on the greatest boxers alive.
