Pacquiao hasn't fought any slick fighter at all imo. But since your question is who is the slick'est' fighter he has fought then I would go with Morales as well.

Bob Arum/Top Rank matchmakers match up Pacquiao with come-forward fighters, fighters with little D. Good chins? yeah, but their chin is their defense and that's what Pacquiao likes. Pacquiao likes wars that's why they never put him up against Joan Guzman, It wouldn't have been a war, just a sparring match for Guzman. No offense, i love Pacquiao but i'm stating the obvious.

Morales, Marquez, Barrera, Diaz, De La Hoya, Hatton, and now Cotto(Cotto is pretty slick for his size but still is a come-forward fighter). All these fighters were never defensive geniuses, they are all known for getting hit, be in wars, and always coming forwar. De La Hoya had the best Defense out of that group. Smart match-making.

I'm eager to see how will Pacquiao react if he fights a defensive fighter or 'runner' how you guys call it. Will he get discouraged? frustrated? try to box too? I'm sure Pacquiao will be able to adjust to any style at this point of his career, he's a real pro.

give me YOUR definition of 'slick'....some people think floyd is slick, some people think zahir raheem is slick, some think berto is slick...those fighters aren't exactly identical fighters now are they?

that's where the TS' definition of slick comes into play

When I think of Slick fighters I think of Pernell Whitaker, Paulie Malinagii (to some degree), even Cotto prove to be a slick fighter...I agree that Floyd is slick. (These are JUST examples)

                Thoughts?

Perhaps not the "slickest" but Chatchai Sasakul could be a candidate. He ended the long title reign of the Russian Yuri Arbachakov (who was top 10 p4p at the time) but a young Pacquiao was too strong for him.
