So basically the video only proves that Russell Mora's count is hella slow. Deontay Wilder goes down in the 3rd with 37 seconds left on the clock, yet he is up in 6 seconds with 31 seconds left in the round.

The best part is at the very end : So Tyson goes down with 17 seconds left on the clock, but arises off the floor with 5 seconds left in the round. Do the math lets see 17-5 = 12, now how many seconds was Deontay down again? Was it 6 seconds?

it don't matter, Mora gave Wilder a 12 second 8 count allowing him time to recover robbing Fury of his TKO in the 3rd

but also Wilder being a low iq boxer gets up right away. Fury being a crafty vet follows the REF's COUNT and gets up later to buy more time to recover which is what every trainer tells you to do
