I watched this card live and though I expected Mikey Garcia to win, he definitely looked like (as the reporter noted) he'd dropped weight rather than being in good condition. Apart from a few spots in the second stanza, he lacked any urgency and appeared content to just rely on landing his trademark right hand.

He has some miles on his body although he's still young enough to be able to achieve peak fitness - but maybe it's the hunger he lacks.

I always thought the Spence fight was a ridiculous choice for him and he seems to do his best a 140.
