Pacquiao return confirmed! In the near future!

The pacman is running for president in the Philippines, he's SPENDING LIKE CRAZY GIVING OUT 1000 pesos, food and other stuff to every person he meets and the election is several months away.

It seems at the end of the election he will be forced to fight again for financial reasons.
