Every time I watch Navarrete fight I like him more. Not sure letting his guard down as much as he did was smart though. Other than that what a fun guy to watch!

Exactly my thoughts. It was a one sided, life altering beating not a FOTY. He took a way worse beating to the brain than Ortega did against Volkanovski and for only 100k. The result was never in doubt. Joet got to be in two ESPN main event world title fights. That’s a decent career. But he will never be a world champ. Now he needs to retire and become a cop like Molina or something.

Navarrete is very good. One of the best of this era. He needs a high profile fight. I still want to see him take on Shakur.

IMO that referee shouldn't have been allowed to work the fight.
His son is a pro boxer who is trained in South El Monte boxing gym in California by Ben Lira.
The same gym and coach where JoJo started his amateur career and Still trains today ( when not with the Joel Diaz ).
          Big Conflict of interest IMO.

Navarette hasn't taken a risk since Dogboe. He's bazing a trail through the B class, almost nobody expected much from Joet.

Navarrete did not make the decisions, he only fight with the fighters that Top Rank put in the line.

I don't understand what you're defending. I could understand you taking umbrage if you didn't agree with me. Vaquero was 6 to 1 odds v Gonzalez. Top Rank or his team, somebody is milking their cow.

Good to see you around @Mexican_Puppet , thanks for the likes. I enjoyed Nava's vicious combinations, his body-shots and uppers sound like he crushes bones.
