After getting stopped, AJ went Ali on the Fat Andy rematch, and won
He will have to go kamikaze on Usyk if he wants his belts back. He cannot out box Usyk.

My prediction was incorrect because AJ didn't come to fight. Had he come to fight it would have been another day at the office. Usyk was struggling against Chisora, now imagine if AJ had put similar pressure on him? A much stronger and bigger man than Chisora.
AJ fought smart because of his chin issues. Coming to fight might end up being a disaster for him.

He needs to find a way to fight smart again, but this time keep coming forward. Leave that guard up, keep coming forward. Joshua is very big and muscular, it looks like he lifts. This is not ideal at the elite level of pro boxing. Sustained action will cause him to punch himself out. He punched himself out vs Wlad. Luckily Wlad was old and past prime.

If you really dissect his loss to Usyk, AJ had a chance to turn things around throughout the entire fight. He did not lose 120-108. He lost 115-113 and 116-112 on two cards. IMO the fight was really that close, it was there for AJ to win. He wasn’t necessarily out of the fight until rounds 9, 10, 11, and 12. He was almost stopped in the 12th. And even in rounds 9, 10, 11, AJ didn’t lose those “badly”. He even had a good round 10.

What the official scorecards show, and from what I saw in the fight, AJ had a chance virtually throughout the whole fight. Until about the last rounds. And I don’t mean puncher’s chance. I mean he had a chance to win a decision had he picked it up a bit.

Usyk’s defense is too good to go all out on him, or to try to KO him. Joshua needs to fight smart again, but this time try to sustain good activity. He also should work on going 15 rounds with sustained action. That should be his goal in training camp.

I think he will punch himself out. AJ doesn’t have the stamina to go all out and not suffer from it.

I don't think boxing will win him the rematch. A ''coordinated'' all out blitz is what I'd suggest.

Usyk didn't let AJ bully him, that's why AJ was tentative and gun shy. Usyk also has enough pop in his punches to keep guys like AJ honest. Usyk is now considered a proper HW since he has acclimated to the division and is not some cruiserweight.

Great insight, I believe AJ will come back and win the rematch.

Usyk stops Joshua in the rematch. He himself said he was content not to stop him because he was worried it would shorten his career and effect him for the rest of his life to take that kind of beating. He questioned why everyone was all about the blood lust and said something to the effect of “Relax. We got the job done.” If Joshua boxes again he loses. If he comes in bombs away he will leave himself wide open to counters and gas out early. This leaves him a sitting duck for a guy who can hurt him and easily box circles around him. Be very careful what you wish for Joshua fans.

Joshua needs to go balls to the wall in the rematch. Send Usyk out on a stretcher or go out himself on his back

Usyk was KO'd a few times in the amaueters at 168, if I'm not mistaken. He's not unbeatable and Joshua made huge mistake not finding a way to bomb on him.

He's responding to people saying Fury should sit out and not fight Whyte to wait for Usyk. You do know he promotes other fighters too right?
