**New Cotto footage on Speed Ball**

"Cotto’s conditioning coach the amazing South African Phil Landman, arrived in Puerto Rico a few days ago to find to his surprise, a Miguel Cotto who was already ahead of schedule in his training."

"Landman himself said he has never seen Miguel this focused and committed in his entire career."

....The reports of Miguel starting his training camp early and how impressed his conditioning coach Phil Landman has been, are well know by boxing enthusiasts.

I guess his coach is easy to please lol.

considering theres still nearly 3 months left until the fight, I'd say he's moving along fine.
pacquiao hasnt even started training yet and he has plenty of time to work off weight.

Cotto has always had one of the worst workout ethics I've ever seen in a fighter IF JUDGED simply by the countless videos I've seen of him working out.
Especially the leaked videos of this type that I saw of his training for Margarito...it was some of the LEAST INTENSE and un-explosive and most non-chalant training I've ever seen. It made me say to myself no wonder he had no gas in the later rounds when Margacheato owned him.

Thanks for the Video of Cotto working the Double-End Bag.

He doesn't really look that into it - Hopefully because the cameras are rolling. Also, I always thought MIRRORS in the gym was a bad idea. Cotto shows why ..... lol!!!
