tito was a good fighter, not a great in the over all boxing game. He was a great Puerto Rican fighter, but just a good fighter with loads of power in the broader aspect of boxing as a whole.

Tito is not an ATG IMO. I dont even know if hes a HOF. His claim to fame is DLH and he lost really. Pac surpasses him with a win over Cotto. If either of these guys areATG then where does that place Mayweather and Moseley.

Tito's best wins were against Vargas..Camacho....DLH which we all know he got schooled, a past his prime Whitaker...a never was named David Reid and a Mayorga.

He got destroyed by Bhop...RJ...Winky.

Not an all time great. Def one of the most popular boxers though. Guy could still sell out MSG or MGM Grand.
