All bull**** aside, and leaving race at the door, Gamboa has a decent chance of winning, as well as a decent chance of getting KTFO. It all depends on how he adjusts his wreckless style. If he goes back to basics, jab, combos, discipline through and through, Juanma will be in for a seriously tuff fight.

On the other hand, Juanma needs to work on his stamina, keep his guard up (notice he's been getting clocked a lot more often than he should), stop relying only on his power punches during flurries, and start using more of his tech boxing skills, Gamboa is in for a long night. I give it a 50/50 as it stands, mi hermano cubano. lol

Lol. Mala mia papa, what I meant is he's getting tired in the latter rounds and his punches are losing their sting after the 6th or 7th. Not volume, mind you, just sting, and he's looking a little winded. Remember, before Penalosa, he was knocking out people in the 1st, and I guess it became commonplace not to go the distance. But he's still my boy. lol Voy a Juanma, Puneta.

And none of those thousand knocked down the old man Penalosa.

He landed 600 and Penalosa didn't even buckle.

I am just crackin on JuanMa. He's pretty good. But Gamboa has quicker hands and like someone early mentioned, if Gamboa fought to his ability, it wouldn't be an easy fight by any means for JuanMa.

I hope it doesn't happen though. He's got to fight the king of 122 first

Well to be honest, Pensalosa's corner stopped the fight because they saw that he was taking a brutal beating. Not buckling or being KD only shows that he's got a warriors heart, and can kick it with the best, but it doesn't take away from Juanma's work rate, and the fact that GP's corner saw the danger of letting him get rained on like that.
