Because the title that existed before ratings does not transfer through any kind of rating justification. The title that existed before Ring has **** all to do with any Ring edict on what that title is. I got some crayons, can I make up **** that claims new rules for a historical title? What if I get loads of ignorant people to buy my coloring book? That makes it more valid does it?
