The ref's count is all that matters. It's a human count of 10 not a precise count. Wilder got the same speed of count. Fury timed his rise off the canvas. He was listening to the count.

If you guys really like Wilder why do you push this nonsense? Do you really want to delude him into thinking he was cheated? You want to see Fury beat the piss out of him for a 3rd time?

So we've had a long count in the first fight. Loaded gloves in the second and now another long count in the third fight. You guys are beyond help.

Fury win story of fight, don't obsess too much about how long count is. Buster Douglas beat mike tyson and supposedly had long count? If s and buts, Tyson beat wilder x2 and x1 robbed

Every count in the fight was long. I called it on the first Wilder KD.

But whatever, Guess we better have them fight a fourth time because Wilder got screwed again.

It’s almost like the rule isn’t about seconds but actually about the referee’s count.

Wilder did not go to the neutral corner, as stipulated in the rules. You idiots should learn the rules before commenting on the sport.

              That's asking far too much.

Andrea Ward was on the verge of crying when wilder got ko’d.

Even when Fury knocked wilder down the second they showed the announcers jumping out of their seats in excitement. Ward just sat there stone faced.

It wasn't a long count if you're aware of the rules. The count can only start when Wilder is in the neutral corner and the count doesn't start when Fury hits the deck either. It starts a second AFTER a boxer is on the ground, not as soon as he hits the deck.

If Wilder strayed out of the neutral corner the count is suspended at that point as the ref tells him to shift his arse until he gets back into the neutral corner.

And the count is started by the timekeeper if the ref is unable to start it himself.

This wasn't a long count and the knockdown in round 12 of the first fight wasn't a long count either.

Your job is to beat the refs count. Not ten seconds on a timer. A smart fighter will take the time to get their bearings. It’s such a pathetic argument.

no! its the snake refs job to watch the downed fighter, assess his recovery and count as required so as they just beat the count and continue on
