Why wouldn't I ignore the other outcome? I'm not the one that spent over a year of my life making excuses and silly predictions about one of those fighters. I don't give two fawcks about who won that fight as long as the action was worth it.
If you saw me talking down Wilder or Fury over a long period of time, you'd have a point. Missing a prediction isn't r3tarded; calling the other dude a cheater and calling a win for Wilder early (especially following their 2nd fight) is simply stoop-ed.
