      digital scales can be manipulated. I have 3. If you don't put them completely on a flat surface, it will make you weigh 5 or 6 lbs more or less. If you don't tap it, wait, THEN step on it, it won't be accurate. Too much bs involved.. Maybe it's just the ones I'm using, but I've always noticed this..
