Haney never made an offer so how can they avoid him. Hearn is losing money promoting Haney fights and they were hoping GB would force the mandatory and they put on the fight and make an offer. Hearn keeps saying Haney is a free agent and has no problem fighting on other networks, why cause he and DAZN don't wanna pay for his fights
