I have seen wilder work on his lower body by doing bulgarian split squats. Ok, that's it? what about regular squats? what about leg press machine? he needs some strength down there. But he is either being fooled by the so called "experts in athelete training" and their "functional" mimicks.. or he's just plain ******, lazy, etc.

Added muscle won’t really help I think. Although Wilder is a big puncher, I don’t think he has the natural strength Fury has, seeing how easy Fury could rag doll him, I don’t think a bit of added muscle mass would have changed it.

Dave Allen said about AJ that considering all his muscle mass, he was pretty easy to push back and manoeuvre around up close in sparring. I’d believe it too, There’s not many times in fights where you have seen Joshua use any real physical strength to push fighters around. I’m sure he’s strong, but you have to know how to use it correctly. There’s a skill to it.

So I think some fighters could bulk up all they want but might not have that real physical strength, even though they can punch well.

Fury isn’t the biggest puncher, but I believe physically much stronger.

It's called grappling, it's a lost art in boxing and only a few boxers do it well because they train with MMA fighters for this. Although it's not muscle based, size can help your grappling if you know how to use leverage. The example you mentioned, Joshua, clearly doesn't know how to apply leverage. Fury does. Wilder doesn't either.

We will find out soon enough but for wilders sake coming in a career high weight at 36 years old doesn't seem smart so hope he doesn't.

He could add all the muscle he wants, but if Fury intends to walk him down/smother him again, not only will Wilder not be able to do a thing about it (just like last time), but Fury will wear him out even quicker.

Wilder came in 7 pounds heavier than the last fight, Fury 4 pounds more.

Wilder has 2 rounds to knock fury out. After that he is gone, gassed and getting KO'd by the gypsys (albeit pillow) fists.
