He started to give the fans their money's worth. But now today's PPVs have gone back to one major main event and garbage undercards. And folks wonder why fans have soured on boxing. If I pay $100 for an event, that has a garbage undercard and then watch a main event where a Floyd Mayweather type boxer runs for 12 rounds, I won't be a happy consumer.
boxing fans who know what it’s like to pay $35 for a stacked Ppv back in the 90’s aren’t really trying to pay $100 for a main event with 3 garbage fights on the undercard. It’s the groupies of the main event fighters who shell out the money for nonsense and in turn have ruined the sport.

I agree with the Old Man on this one! One of the best undercards in a long time! I hope Bob and Al can do something like this for Crawford vs. Porter!
The reason you get this is because it's the talent of two promotional companies sharing the slots on the card. I know that sounds obvious, but one company with their own card, only puts on so much talent, as they have to spread it out over all they're cards. Think how good cards would be if we constantly had co promotions. The quality would be much, much better. But these companies are too greedy and want to protect they're investments.
