Haye is too fast for Valuev to pin down. But Haye needs to do more than Holyfield did. Which should not be a problem.

I assume Haye wins by points, if he does not trade blows with Valuev. If he gets in a crossfire with the giant, he'll lose. Valuev's blows are not bombs, but his weight alone is enough to slowly grind any fighter to dust. IF he connects, that is - he does not punch very accurately.
