Joyce is a headliner now. No way is he fighting Ortiz on an undercard unless the winner is guaranteed a title shot. As far as the Tank fight,it's pitiful. Rolly has no chance of winning the fight it shouldn't even be a fight,much less ppv. PBC keeps on stinking up the joint with their headline fights. They could give fans much better matches.
