so how would it look that Cotto will be rank higher than Clottey in the P4P list but not in the WW list?

cause the p4p list is based on opinion. different people may hav different fighters in certain spots. but weight class rankings are based on performance it u get what im tryin to say

clottey vs mosley dont even matter. cotto beat mosley, what 2 yrs ago, so you cant even count that fight. cotto beat clottey recently so if clottey wins he still will be under cotto. Miguel has been active while mosley hasnt even fought since he beat margie so when cotto beats pac he should be #1, clottey and mosley should be 2-3 depending who wins. the problem is that the rankings should have been refreshed due to shanes inactivity. thats what causing all this confussion

depends on how you think divisional rankings work. some would say clottey is #1, others would say no.

cotto won't be #1 if he beats pac and shane beats clottey. pac's not even a WW. cotto fought a close fight against clottey and mosley. in that scenario, mosley is still #!.

I just hope Cotto vs Mosley happens again. I think this #1 and #2 thing is getting out of hand. There will be a new lineal champ if they fight again as long as if they don't lose there next fights. Both deserve mega fights, but Cotto got his instead. If Mosley was more active this year. He could have got it. But a win against Clottey will give him that chance.

Shane, I think Pacquiao is gonna beat Cotto. Shane might either face Berto or Clottey and I'm sure he'll beat both, so Shane.

in that scenario, one can make a convincing argument that cotto is #1, but one can also make an argument that clottey is #1; depending on how you do divisional rankings.

if ssm beats clottey there will be a rematch with cotto to see whos the real #1

Mosley is already the real #1 WW. cotto is #2. if they both win their fights and there is a rematch, the winner is crowned the WW champ.
