I don't see Usyk throwing these types of combinations at this level of speed, i think he is even faster than Usyk right now
Is Frank Sanchez already faster than Usyk?

Sanchez is most likely going to get clobbered at some point vs Ajagba. Usyk is more about timed punches not throwing in many combinations ,he’s not as fast because he’s more calculating . Sanchez is a very good fighter but Efe is another big unit / puncher that I think defeats the smaller tactical fighters . Good comparison to the AJ fight though , Efe isn’t as quick as A.J but Sanchez isn’t as tough to figure out as Usyk .Last edited by REDEEMER; 10-03-2021, 09:26 PM. -
interesting....so Sanchez might be faster than Usyk in terms of pure speed, but also easier to fight in a way?Sanchez is most likely going to get clobbered at some point vs Ajagba. Yea that’s how I see it anyway ? The thing with Usyk is he is fast but has maybe the best reading on guys in the division on the fly so he really cuts down on opponents strengths .Comment

I think it's crazy to think about sometimes, but like you said Usyk isn't really a combination puncher..... when you look back at his fights he doesn't throw many combos, Hell one could argue that AJ tends to throw more combinations than Usyk in general. It's weird because I used to think combinations was a big chunk of what determines boxing skill. Usyk is a timing puncher but he isn't a defensive/counterpuncher either.I wonder if one could consider his style uniqueLast edited by MoneyKasha; 10-03-2021, 09:48 PM.Comment

A.J is a combination puncher he’s the best finisher because of that skill . He’s also very accurate which makes him even more dangerous. Usyk won the fight but it was closer then people think and Usyk looked like he was jumped after the fight . Should A.J clip him and go in on his usual combination punches it’s goin* to be over . You know what they say one inch missed is one mile in boxing and believe me A.J had a few moments very close to that one shot ending punch .

Throwing combination shots is a big part of skill but not the end of that , one can just be better at certain things with limited punch counts and rely on timing and openings like Usyk does , I believe A.J can and will shut that down though next time completely .
Usyks style at heavyweight is definitely unique but we knew that going in as posters the question was how Usyk or if he could survive an A.J bombardment which really he didn’t do much of but Usyk Is a little better then I thought ,now I’ll wait for the rematch and I’m definitely going with A.J there ,I see no reason not to . If you see my thread I had Usyk at number 5 months ago .Comment

AJ has to worry about that approach becuase he will gas.. if Usyk survives the early onslaught its bad for AJ

AJ will just pace himself accordingly like he did with Pulev though that fight should have been stopped in round 3 by turning ones back which is a forfeit . A.J is most effective with early aggression then systematically picking guys apart if they survive the early rounds because that’s a lot of damage inflicted which is a huge reason he won the Klitschko fight to .Last edited by REDEEMER; 10-03-2021, 11:02 PM.Comment

It’s tough to say — he could be! But I don’t too much on speed. Khan was the fastest out there for awhile but it didn’t get him too elite status. Same with Judah, where the slightlyslower Tszyu and Mayweather managed to catch him as the fight went on.
To answer the question on all are mind’s — yes, I believe Agjaba will walk through his speed and drop & stop him in the seventh round. We will see - - I may be wrong.Comment
