The element of surprise that enabled Fury's domination of the last fight can not be underestimated...and Fury knows it. Wilder was totally unprepared for that approach and was prepared to attack and chase a galloping Fury who he assumed would be in survival mode. That is a pretty extreme adjustment to make, on the fly in front of millions of viewers. Wilder was shocked, mentally. Taken completely by surprise and psyched out. It's a tough trick to play twice, but we'll see. I think Fury has more than a few doubts himself.

      Possible

his wife’s due date to give birth was around the time of the first scheduled fight date. Then obviously after that his baby ended up in intensive care.

he and his wife actually lost a baby the same week he was going to fight Ustinov, when Ustinov was replacing Chisora

So maybe that was in his mind and didn’t wanna be away with his wife due to give birth

Buuuuuuumsquad Revival!!!! Another Embarrassing humiliating beatdown for Wacky Wilder to get that fat retirement check…no “heavy costume, spiked water, drunk ref, loaded gloves, corrupt Breland…etc”…just a bye-bye to one the most overrated HWS ever!

I don't think Fury faked covid 19, when medical doctors are involved. Plus several boxers
from his training camp were also hospitalized. We will see if the illness effects his
            preformance.

”shocked mentally”? Lol!! Wacky Wilder’s own words - “the heavy costume, the spiked water, the drunk ref, the loaded gloves, corrupt Breland…etc. After getting robbed in the 1st fight, which most writers, analysts, commentators had him winning, Fury even openly stated he was not leaving it in the hand of the judges in the 2nd. Fury stated openly before the 2nd fight he was coming forward and ko’ing Wilder..which is exactly wat he did. Wilder and his team are gullible idiots if they “were taken completely by surprise and psyched out”.

He and his wife have lost a baby, but i'm sure it was one of Fury's uncles who died before the Ustinov fight.

I do believe Fury. I also believe that the fight will happen in October.

If anyone did test positive, they would sweep it under the rug, because it's too costly to postpone again.

I had Fury a big favourite for the third fight, if it happened in late 2020. Now I have it a 50/50 fight, because Wilder might be more dialled in.
