Usyk got off to a great start, AJ picked up some middle rounds bringing the scores closer together before Usyk found a second wind and took the fight away down the stretch.

So I don't think what Hearn said seems in the slightest bit a controversial opinion to have

It's really not important though. Losing's losing, regardless of how wide you had it, it wasn't a controversial result. Can AJ make the adjustments to make himself more competitive in the rematch is what counts.

      I only gave AJ 3 rounds, 5,6 and 8.

Me too, although I thought a couple others were close. But that means it was 5-3 after 8. Qualifies as close doesn't it?

If you say 4 went AJ's way too, which was one of those close rounds, it makes it 4-4 after 8.

I’d say it was relatively close through 8 in terms of scoring, but it always felt like Usyk was in control in regard to the fight.

I had RD1 even and gave RD5 to AJ. RD6 was close so as far as I'm concerned, AJ couldn't have won more than 3 rounds while the last round could have been a 10-8 RD for Usyk. That's a dominant win in my book.

              I couldn’t believe that,

I don’t even think AJ landed a punch until the 4th round

Same, even round 8 could’ve gone either way but AJ probably shaded it

the rest were clear Usyk rounds.

How did you have round 1 even?

AJ ate about 3 left hands straight down the pipe and never landed a punch of his own

It was a pretty inactive round for both and AJ did land a few shots even if they weren't as solid as the one straight left from Usyk at around the 1 min mark.

And that's my live scorecard so if someone gave the RD to Usyk, I wouldn't argue that at all.

The correct boxer won, although I had it a little closer than the judges.....but what does it matter?
