I am an Usyk fan to the extreme, but prime Vitali is hard to pick against. Unlike what we saw from AJ the other night (not saying he can't), Vitali knew how to use his length and fight tall. He also had a huge one-two and very underrated footwork. Add to that an ATG chin, and Vitali makes for tough, tough out, even for the Cat Olek.

Great moment for the sport with Usyk doing the impossible when so many doubted him.

Depending on the outcome of October 9th, he can avenge Ukraine by fighting both AJ and Fury, the men who defeated Wladimir.

          "doing the impossible"

Man the hyperbole is in overdrive the odds weren't that far apart and Joshua was 2 fights removed from getting demolished by an average Ruiz

It was a good win but "doing the impossible" wow.

Just a bit of hyperbole poking fun at years of hyperbole on this forum by those who said AJ was going to be Undisputed. Although to be fair I haven't been very active on the board this year, so I dunno, maybe that crowd has been dwindling.

I was one of the people who predicted Usyk would win. So yeah, no surprise. But love the nostalgia of seeing Vitali ringside (where the hell was Wladimir?) and can't resist hyping the Undisputed fight even though I know Wilder or Fury will easily beat his ass.

I really miss the klitschko brothers, I did not appreciate them when they were around but other than vitalis injuries they were so consistent and professional, they were true Don's of the heavyweight division, the current crop are inconsistent and chaotic.

Vitali was both very technical and extremely dangerous. Nobody ever out threw or out landed Vitali and nobody intimidated him or got the better of him. Funny response tho, comedian

I agree that prime Vit would beat Usyk, but what makes him a POS, exactly?
