Arum seemed to forget one thing, the Fury-Joshua fight is no longer massive.

People would still want to watch it, even if Fury lost to Wilder, but it's not the big superfight it was before.

More evidence that Fury is looking past Wilder. I have a feeling Wilder is going to KO Fury this time around, you can only go so many rounds with Wilder before he gets a lucky right in.

Firstly, even a contract with Fury is no guarantee that the fight will take place. Fury will have another depression, hurt his ankle, whatever else might happen with him. He's too unpredictable to bet your career on. Secondly, the objective of this arrangement is for the winner of Fury/Usyk to fight with AJ for the undisputed - all or nothing, but to make this arrangement you need firstly to agree with 4 governing bodies that they won't ruin these plans by enforcing mandatories. And good luck with that. So, it may sound sensible, but, practically, will be completely unworkable, IMO.

My gut feeling all along. If I was a betting man I would slightly favour Fury on points, but I wouldn't risk too much money on that.
The army of Fury fans have claimed this will be an easy fight for Fury and a KO win...MAYBE, we won't know for a couple of weeks, I just get the nagging feeling that Wilder will get his revenge, and in brutal fashion.
All the pressure is on Wilder. Another defeat, especially a KO loss and where does he go? Retirement or fight the likes of Dubois, Joyce, Ruiz, ect?

Arum is right on this one.

Joshua should step aside and let the top dogs of the heavyweight division unify all the belts.
