There is no scenario where Joshua beats Usyk. Usyk is faster, has superior footwork, is a better counter puncher and has the better jab. If Joshua swarmed him he’d tire himself out. You believe Usyk will just remain a stationary target for Joshua to smother? Nah, there’s literally 0 scenario where he beats Usyk. It is as it is.I don't think it's fair to say that 'AJ could never beat Usyk'. I knew that he wouldn't today barring a freak landed shot but with the size advantage that he has and that kind of power, you can never rule him out. Trying to out-box Usyk was a mistake, obviously. Nobody @ HW aside from Fury is close to that pure boxing level.Comment

It gets worse for him from here on out. Either he fights Usyk again and gets beat up or he fights other people and they show no fear and bull rush him to get to that China chin

Sorry, but that's dead wrong.

AJ could connect with a big shot if he sold out and went for broke. You can't rule out a guy with that kind of power and size advantage.Comment

It's the heavies, anything can happen. One things for sure, Joshua is never outboxing Usyk and was crazy to ever think he could. I wrote AJ off after Fat Andy goomed him, but he came back and fought smart, helped of course by Ruiz spending more time at the buffet than in the gym. As has been observed, Joshua's obvious tactic would be to try and bully Usyk, but has he got the chin and the stamina? I'm sceptical.Comment

Show us how it's done then Messrs fury. Josh has already laid the blueprint for you how not to do it so Josh has paved the way for you. Made it easier for you your half way thereLast edited by hugh grant; 09-27-2021, 12:20 PM.Comment

Why do you think they have all these rematch clauses for Joshua? Because they know he's limited, although powerful. At anytime he can get wobbled as against Ruiz and Usyk.
Against Usyk, it was more the fact that the Ukrainian is much more skillful than AJ. Looking forward to Fury-Wilder 3, which is much more of an explosive fight.Comment

Why did Wlad and Vitali have rematch clauses in their fights? Why did Mayweather have rematch clause in all his fights? Why does Canelo have rematch clause in all his fights?
