He is. He simply is not GOAT. Usyk for example is much better and in my list I see only Lewis and few others able to overcome him.

Im not sure he could take a lot of heavyweights NOW- Fury Wilder usyk are givens . Hunter, Joyce, Ortiz, Yoka, Dubois, big baby, or even that Swedish dude would all cause problems. AJ gets gassed quickly and looked frozen as Roy Jones said - that’s nerves (choking)

Well Usyk presented a unique set of problems and styles makes fights as they say, therefore it’s not a given that every decent heavyweight beats him.

AJ has two losses: one from making a mistake and getting caught in an exchange and the other from trying to outbox a smaller, slicker opponent.

Everyone doesn’t move like Usyk or have fast hands like Andy Ruiz Jr.

I've really enjoyed watching AJ, and I think he's a credit to the sport, but I sure do hope this shuts the nut huggers up.

Joshua has always been overhyped by the brits. He has made a ton of money and props to him but a suspect chin and stamina along with being robotic excludes him from the list of all time greats. Usyk schooled A.J and it is really not all that big of a shocker!

Joshua gave away his size and failed to out box Usyk. It all started with the Ruiz rematch, focusing on movement and boxing instead of doing what he did to become a champion: using his height and size to knock out his opponents. That advantage negates any other shortcomings when it comes to heavyweight boxing.

Usyk is still too small to compete with Wilder or Fury. Sure, he'll move and outbox them for a couple rounds, but eventually he'd get knocked out.

Is he afraid of getting caught again like with Ruiz 1? The pulev fight doesn't count because the statue of liberty has more moves than pulev. Ruiz 2 AJ boxed not too get hit but that's victory came at the result of ruiz getting fatter and undisciplined for them rematch. I think AJ lost his hunger. It's more of a business for him of promoting, marketing, and being a celebrity. Until AJ goes back to his roots of becoming a lion again, his career will be coming to and end....unless he keeps fighting 38+ year old man.

The main question is was AJ born a boxer being a bodybuilder or was he born a bodybuilder trying to be a boxer?
He's a body-builder first, boxing is just something he decided to do.

                  He's too soft.

                    uh, no... he does not

AJ problem is... he is fragile, not sturdy when hit... he reacts like he is drained

Wilder throws a better punch and takes a better punch, than AJ

Looks like slimming down was indeed a bad idea. Trying to outbox a boxer and throwing away your greatest advantage.

Rob McCrappen really is a terrible trainer, ever since Ruiz 1 they have tried to turn AJ into something he is not. AJ should just go in there and smash people, brute force your way to a victory over a cruiserweight.

To be fair, the skill gap was so huge that maybe even that wouldn't of helped.
