Was it ever a big thing? Did anyone follow it? Seems to be virtually a non-existent thing now perhaps due to potential legal issues. We had a boxing team when I was in college back in the 80s.

I think that's intramural level. Plus pro boxing barely gets any attention, let alone the amateurs. Intramural college boxing is even further down the list.

Three local colleges box out of my gym, they have club teams. Ours is an amateur boxing gym, though, so we align more easilyComment
